Booking Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply between Sylvringen AS and our guests. The agreement applies to purchase of our products and services.
Responsibility of Sylvringen AS
Sylvringen AS (business registration no. 917 323 534) is responsible for all transactions that take place through our website.
Nets is responsible for the secure processing of credit card numbers and codes in accordance with the requirements defined in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Sylvringen AS is responsible for providing services in accordance with the agreement. This applies to products described and sold on our web site. All customer data is stored according to Norwegian law, and no personal data will be sold to third parties.
Written confirmation of the booking and other necessary documents will be sent to the guest.
We are responsible for ensuring that our subcontractors are paid, and that they deliver their part of our products. The subcontractors are themselves responsible for their part of our products, including necessary insurances, licenses, etc. to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
A reservation is binding as soon as an order number is assigned, and payment is completed. It is the guest's responsibility to check that the product, date, time, and other things that are essential for the order are correct.
The product must be paid for, and documents of confirmation must be presented before the start of the trip. Our prices include VAT. All payments are in Norwegian kroner.
The guest can cancel the product ordered up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. The entire amount will then be refunded. Any refund will be made to the credit card used when ordering. If canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the tour, or in the event of non-attendance at the start of the tour, the purchase price will not be refunded.
Order changes must be made before 16.00 the day before departure, subject to available capacity.
Loss and damage
Sylvringen AS is not responsible for illness, loss or damage of luggage, accidents, liability for damages and the like. We advise all our customers to purchase travel insurance agreements before travel.
The guest's obligations
The guest is obliged to follow the rules of order, recommendations and regulations that apply to the trip/experience. The guest is fully responsible for any damage he may cause to Sylvringen AS, our subcontractors or third parties.
What if something goes wrong?
Any faults/deficiencies must be reported immediately to the responsible party at the location concerned, so that the error or defect can be corrected as soon as possible. If you have failed to provide the opportunity to rectify any deficiencies, you may not subsequently claim compensation.
Sylvringen AS shall not be held liable for the consequences of bad weather, closed roads or other conditions that are beyond the company's control. Sylvringen AS has the right to cancel orders in such cases. In case of cancellation due to Force Majeure, guests will not be entitled to a refund
